We make your vendor search effortless with one point of contact, one contract to sign, and all the vendors you need for an intimate elopement ceremony! We know your time is precious and planning an elopement can be tough, so we’ve brought the best of the best together to ensure your special day is relaxed, effortless and filled with joy!

WHAT WE DO

✓ Create the perfect wedding day timeline
✓ Provide expert recommendations for your ceremony + photo locations
✓ Book your officiant + photographer
✓ Place orders/schedule deliveries for your cake + flowers
✓ Book your on-site hair + makeup services
✓ Provide expert recommendations for where to eat, stay, play, etc
✓ Serve as the main point of contact between you and the vendors in the package
✓ File your marriage license for you! You bring a copy of it from the probate court and our officiant handles filing it for you.

THE JIM THORPE ELOPEMENT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

BOUQUET + BOUTONNIÈRE

You choose:
- color palette
- shape/style (3 options - Traditional Round, Garden Style, Designer's Choice)
-ribbon style

A standard bouquet with 2-3 flower varieties and greenery and coordinating boutonnière is included in the base prices.
Large bouquets available as an upgrade

Photography

1-3 hours of photography is included in the base prices, depending on the package selected. That will cover the ceremony, couples' portrait and photos and family photos if you include guests.

Additional photography time to cover getting ready, additional time/locations for couples' photos or the reception is available as an upgrade for $300/30 mins.

Hair + makeup

Your bridal hair + makeup artist will come to wherever you are getting ready on your wedding day or you go to the salon!

Hair service includes choice of curls, straightening, half-up, updo, or blow-out, as well as placing hair accessories.

Makeup service includes luxury makeup, faux lashes & full sized lip color for touch-ups.

Wedding officiant

Our officiant will work with you to craft the perfect words for your ceremony. They offer both religious and secular ceremonies, and you can choose to say traditional or personal vows. They also handles filing your marriage license for you!

A 6’’ Two-Tier Cake
 is included in all packages.

Preston & Laurette at Christman Photography are the creators of this experience and they will use their combined 10+ years of experience photographing weddings in Jim Thorpe, PA to create your stress-free photography timeline and book the vendors in your package. They also become your local besties with insider recommendations for spots to stay, eat and play in Jim Thorpe!


A deposit amount will be agreed upon during our Zoom call. Once you're happy to proceed, you'll sign a contract to reserve the date and secure all of your vendors. The remaining balance will then be due 7 days before your wedding date. Payment plans available.
