Q: CAN I Add more Photography Time?
A: Yes, you can! Our base package includes 1-3 hours of photography (depending on the number of guests), sufficient to cover the ceremony, couple portraits at one location, and family photos. For additional coverage, like getting ready shots, multiple locations, or reception photos, you can add more photography time at $150 for every 15 minutes.
Q: CAN I REMOVE A VENDOR FROM THE PACKAGE?
A: Our package is designed to be all-inclusive for a seamless experience. However, you can choose to exclude the officiant in exchange for an extra 30 minutes of photography time.
Q: Will you arrange the ceremony or reception location?
A: We do not book locations, but we can suggest our favorite ceremony and reception spots. We have a complete guide that you can download.
Q: Do you handle rentals like chairs or decor?
A: We don't book rentals, but we can recommend rental companies in the area.
Q: Can additional services be added, like hair and makeup for my mom or extra floral arrangements?
A: Yes, once booked, you can arrange extra services directly with our vendors. We will connect you with them for booking and payment.
Q: Can I upgrade my bouquet?
A:Certainly! The standard bouquet includes 2-3 flower types plus greenery. You can upgrade to a larger bouquet with 5-7 varieties or work directly with the florist for a custom design.
Q: Can I book this package on any day, and how far in advance can I book?
Yes, elopements can be booked any day of the week. There is an additional $950 fee for weekends. We are booking Monday-Thursday up to 12 months in advance, and weekends up to 6 months out.
Q: Is the package available outside Jim Thorpe?
A: Yes, we also serve the Pocono Mountains, Allentown, Hazelton, & Bethlehem with additional travel fees. Contact us for a quote. We are hoping to expand in the future.
Q: Is there a guest limit?
A: The package is for intimate elopements with up to 4 adult guests (children under 12 not included). For slightly larger parties, we can discuss custom options for micro weddings.
Q: Can I specify my hair and makeup preferences?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share inspiration photos and ideas to ensure you look your best.
Q: Is tax included in the package price?
Pennsylvania law says that services like this are taxable so a 6% sales tax will be added.
