Book Your Elopement Online
Choose from our four packages, add any extras, select your available date and secure it with your 25% deposit. That’s it — you’re booked!
A quick heads-up before choosing your date:
The one-hour slot shown on our calendar is NOT your ceremony time or your package duration. It simply reserves that date for you. Your exact timings will be confirmed later.
Booking a Friday, Saturday or Sunday? Weekend dates carry an additional charge, so you’ll need to select the Weekend Date Add-On when booking. Most of our couples choose Monday–Thursday.

What Happens After Your Book?
Once you’re booked, this is where the Jim Thorpe Elopements experience really begins.
We’ll guide you through everything that comes next, with your contract, our Jim Thorpe Resource Guide and simple questionnaires arriving at just the right time. These help us get to know your plans, from your venue and officiant style to guests and timings, so we can start bringing everything together behind the scenes.
Want to talk things through? You’ll also have the option to book a Zoom call with us to ask questions and refine the details.
Depending on your package, we’ll coordinate your trusted vendors and all those moving pieces for you. The only things you’ll need to arrange are your travel and accommodation — and our guide is packed with recommendations to help with those too.
You’re not expected to know what happens next. That’s our job. You can relax — we’ve got you.

The EverAfter Essential + Venue – $3,500
This package is simplicity and deluxe in one — perfect for couples who prefer the no-fireworks edition of eloping, but still want it to feel effortless, personal, and beautiful.
Think of this as the bare bones elopement package, the stripped-back version with no frills, just the basics and the love you have for one another. Perfect for couples who’d rather opt out of the cake, the flowers, the hair, and makeup — and simply say I do!

BOUQUET + BOUTONNIÈRE
You choose:

A standard bouquet with 2-3 flower varieties and greenery and coordinating boutonnière is included in the base prices.
Large bouquets available as an upgrade
Photography
1-3 hours of photography is included in the base prices, depending on the package selected. That will cover the ceremony, couples' portrait and photos and family photos if you include guests.
Additional photography time to cover getting ready, additional time/locations for couples' photos or the reception is available as an upgrade for $300/30 mins.
Hair + makeup
Your bridal hair + makeup artist will come to wherever you are getting ready on your wedding day or you go to the salon!
Hair service includes choice of curls, straightening, half-up, updo, or blow-out, as well as placing hair accessories.
Makeup service includes luxury makeup, faux lashes & full sized lip color for touch-ups.
Wedding officiant
Our officiant will work with you to craft the perfect words for your ceremony.
They offer both religious and secular ceremonies, and you can choose to say traditional or personal vows. They also handles filing your marriage license for you!

IS THERE ANYTHING WE DON'T DO?
WHILE WE'D LOVE TO TAKE EVERYTHING OFF YOUR PLATE, THERE ARE A FEW SELECT ITEMS YOU'LL HANDLE YOURSELF. (BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS AND EXPERT ADVICE):
- Booking reception locations.
- Making reservations for pre-/post-elopement dining (dinner, brunch, etc)
- Rain backup plans
- Booking rentals such as chairs, tables, decorations, etc
- Booking musicians
- Book transportation (unless you book our special Jim Thorpe Trolley Co. Package)

Our Partnered Venues
This venue is surrounded by open farmland and the tree farm itself, there’s plenty of outdoor space for photographs and your ceremony, while the timber-framed barn gives you an indoor option too.
There’s also private space for getting ready on-site, making it easy to keep your elopement relaxed and everything in one place. This venue continues to be a favorite of ours and our past couples.
One important thing to know: The Barn at Graver’s Tree Farm is available for our elopements on weekdays only, so if you’ve fallen in love with this location, you’ll need to plan your elopement for Monday through Thursday.
The venue can accommodate up to 20 guests and has on-site parking, making it a great choice if you want privacy, beautiful scenery and the convenience of keeping your elopement day all in one place.
The Barn at Gravers Tree Farm
The Chapel in the Woods
Pocono Weddings LLC offers a beautiful private setting surrounded by rolling grounds and mountain views, with its woodland venue, The Chapel in the Woods tucked away among the trees.
There are private bridal and groom suites, so you can both get ready on-site, enjoy the grounds for photographs and hold your ceremony without having to travel between multiple locations.
And if the weather decides not to cooperate? There’s an indoor ceremony option too, so you have a solid Plan B without having to completely rethink your day.
