If we had to sum up 2025 in one sentence, it would be this:
Wow, look how far we’ve come.

This past year, Jim Thorpe Elopements has been full of connection, big feelings, deep exhales, and a whole lot of proof that choosing a smaller, more intentional way to get married isn’t a trend, it’s a relief.

To the Couples Who Trusted Us, Thank You

This year, we had the absolute privilege of working with so many incredible couples who knew, deep down that they wanted something different. A traditional wedding was the very last thing they wanted.

Instead, they chose to say “I do” in a quiet, intimate way. No audience. No expectations. Just the two of them, fully present in the moment they committed to one another. Some couples invited only a handful of loved ones who truly mattered and a few even brought along their sweet furry companions, who proudly made an appearance and stole a little of the spotlight.

We are genuinely thrilled to now offer weekday elopements at The Barn at Gravers Tree Farm.

Set just outside Jim Thorpe, this venue feels calm, private, and grounded the moment you arrive. The land, the trees, the quiet, it invites you to slow down. Audrey has created a space that feels warm and welcoming, beautifully cared for, and never overdone.

Tom & Carolyn — Chapel in the Woods

Our partnership with Tom and Carolyn of Pococnos Weddings LLC introduced one of the most peaceful ceremony locations imaginable: the Chapel in the Woods.

Tucked among the trees, this space feels quiet in the best way. No noise, no spectacle, just stillness, surrounded in woodland and birdsong. Tom and Carolyn bring warmth, experience, and genuine care to every ceremony, and we’re proud to offer the Chapel in the Woods as part of our elopement venue options.
